HOW MUCH ARE THE AIR CARGO RATES?
– Cost of shipping is charged by actual weight or volume weight of box to be sent to the Philippines. (Whichever is higher)
– Cost of Shipping also varies on the final destination and delivery address in the Philippines.
RATES FROM TORONTO (GTA) TO THE PHILIPPINES VIA AIR:
Manila (NCR) Deliveries – $ 8.00 per lb.
Luzon Deliveries Outside NCR – $ 9.00 per lb.
Visayas & Mindanao Deliveries – $ 10.00 per lb.

PICK-UPS OUTSIDE TORONTO (GTA):
Hamilton, Brantford, St. Catherines, Niagara, Guelph, Cambridge, Bolton, Bradford, Aurora, King City and New Market ADD: $30.00
RATES FROM OTTAWA TO THE PHILIPPINES VIA AIR:
Manila (NCR) Deliveries – $ 11.00 per lb.
Luzon Deliveries Outside NCR – $ 12.00 per lb.
Visayas & Mindanao Deliveries – $ 13.00 per lb.
MINIMUM WEIGHT PER SHIPMENT: 10 LBS.

What are the transit time and delivery commitment?
– 7 days from Toronto departure (Metro Manila Locations)
– 8 to 12 days from Toronto departure (Luzon Deliveries)
– 10 to 15 days from Toronto departure (Visayas and Mindanao).
Note: Transit time does not include weekends and holidays.
Are there any other fees?
– Insurance (Optional)
PRICE OF INSURANCE IS 10% OF THE TOTAL DECLARED VALUE. For example, if you are going to send a phone that cost $1000, your insurance premium is $100 which is 10% of value. This coverage is for total loss only.
– Bureau of Customs Taxes are assessed based on the items that you are sending. Visit or click the “Can I send electronics and/or appliances“ statement on this page for details.

Do we need to pay for Pick-up?
– We offer FREE PICK-UP in Toronto & GTA. This includes the ff. areas: Burlington, Milton, Halton Hills, Brampton, Mississauga, King, Vaughan, Thornhill, Maple, Richmond Hill, Markham, City of Toronto, Pickering, Ajax, Whitby, Oshawa & Ottawa.
– Outside of the GTA, pick-up charge of $30 is additional. (Ex. Aurora, Guelph, Newmarket, etc.)
Note: Our schedule pick-up is every Sunday & Tuesday.
How do I pay for your services?
– We accept Cash, Cheque and E-transfer.
– Debit Cards & Most Credit Cards are accepted.
